L'Orangerie
A beautiful French wedding venue in the Charente,
France
The
entrance to the property is at the top of an impressive 200 metre
tree-lined driveway. The front gardens are formal and lead through
to the L'Orangerie to the side of the main house, and feature
a large attractive covered terrace in its forefront. The room
itself is bright and spacious. Ornate windows stretch down the
entire length of one flank and sliding doors open up onto the
south gardens on the other side. Original oak beams and French
architecture generate a medieval Gallic flavour, which is enhanced
by several attractive murals painted by a local artist.
